We’ve reached the third stage of the Emergence & Ascension phase of a soul infused cyclical business - Birthing Your Work.
This is the stage where you get clear on your finances by meeting your benevolent money guide and giving your money a purpose, craft your work, set goals, and meet challenges through creative responses and clear actions.
We could also name this stage ‘Breaking through the glass ceiling’, because …
… this stage of your cyclical business is where you go through your own big magical transformation.
Most people miss this part of business, the part where you the founder and creator are transformed by the process of crafting your work.
If you are creating something that you’ve never created before, or if you are refining your work in a way that you haven’t done before - in the process you will become the person who knows how to do that.
That is a big transformation where you develop new skills and new attitudes towards yourself, your work, your people.

Give your money a purpose
If your business is not where you want it to be financially or if you are in the process of scaling to your next level of financial success, it is crucial that you give your money a purpose when it enters your business.
Tending to your finances is an important business skill, one that many of us haven’t been taught how to do.
When I was in my late teens, before I started Uni, I took a year to study different skills that I knew I wanted to have later in life. Business Economics was one of the topics I delved into. The courses I took gave me foundational understanding of how to think about, track and relate to the microeconomics of a small business.
I know this is a topic that can feel daunting, especially if you’re not a numbers person, but it actually doesn’t have to be that complicated. And that is something I teach you inside Business Temple.
One very important part of this is to give your money purpose and direction, so that you know and your money knows where to go when they enter your business.
Instead of just focusing on that you want to be making 5, 6 or 7-figures next year, get clear on how much money you actually need to be able to live the lifestyle you desire, pay off debt, add money to savings, support causes that you are passionate about, make investments etc.
This of course starts with tracking your current financial flow in your business. There are templates for all of this inside Business Temple!

This last stage is the time right before high summer, full moon and ovulation. When you’ve moved through that stage it’s time to open doors and step into the next phase of a cyclical business - the Integration & Descent phase.
It’s easy to forget this, but midsummer and full moon is the beginning of the descent.
