Build a business that supports you long-term
We’ve reached the part that most people think about when they think about business.
I call this phase the Emergence & Ascension phase. This is where you get to work, get your hands dirty by crafting your offers, tending to your finances, amplifying your message, building automated systems that makes it possible for your business to run in the background when you’re back in the Regenerative Void.
In nature the Emergence & Ascension phase (or E&A…) is spring time and early summer, and New and Waxing Moon.
This phase in business is divided into 4 different stages that all build on each other the same way that growing food in your kitchen garden goes through different stages.
The first stage of E&A phase is Planting the Seed & Making a Commitment.
You do this so that you know what you will be working with and focusing on. This is the difference between you building something sustainable long-term vs. just throwing spaghetti on the wall to see what sticks.
Crafting a soul infused cyclical business that slowly grows and that can support you for the coming 10-20-50 years requires commitment and patience. Which is the thing most of us struggle with in a world of instant gratification.
Think of it like this, if you want to harvest apples in your garden you better plant apple seeds and commit to tending to them, because if you just throw a bunch of random seeds in a pot and then leave it to dry in the corner … you won’t be harvesting apples anytime soon. It’s that simple.
The Regenerative Void phase comes before planting the seeds and making a commitment, because it’s in that phase that you tend to yourself and get clear on what you actually want and what you want to commit to.
During the seed planting stage you also set your own personal soul aligned results. These results are NOT about numbers or other people, these results are related to the inner attitudes and skills that you will develop as you go through the coming cycle of your business.
Prepare for an abundant business
Once you’ve planted the seed it’s time to prepare and add fertilizer to the soil so that your seed - the offer you’re crafting or refining - can grow strong and yield an abundance of flowers and fruits.
This second stage of the Emergence & Ascension phase is Eros Infused Envisioning & Intention. One of my favorite stages of business!
Here you deeply connect with your offer and the magical transformation your offer makes possible for you and your people.
This is also the stage where you connect and fall in love with the person your offer is here to serve, and get really clear on why your offer is the absolutely best thing for your person in their life right now.
In the Regenerative Void phase you do deep somatic soul and shadow work, but here in this stage you get to focus on excavating unhelpful beliefs and planting expanding beliefs. Beliefs about yourself, your work, and your people that light you up and fill you up with juicy and motivating energy.
Belief work is crucial because if you believe that your work is absolutely life changing (in a good way) and that your people love paying you and they are waiting for you to announce your offer - your actions will be wildly different than…
…if you believe your offer is not that great and your people can’t afford to pay you, and they won’t follow through on the offer…so what’s the point.
Your beliefs about yourself, your work and your people directly impacts the actions you take and how you show up in your business. And, your actions impact the results that you get in your business. That’s why belief work is such an important aspect when you are crafting and refining your offers.
With that said, you do NOT have to have a flawless and perfect mindset to be able to have a successful business. What you do need to have is awareness of what is happening underneath the surface so that you know what inner voice to listen to and what voice should never be allowed in the driver’s seat.
Once you’ve moved through the envisioning stage, met your future self and the future self of the person your work is here to serve … It's time to plan your next steps so that you know exactly what you need to do and what to focus on in the next stage.
The next stage of the Emergence & Ascension phase is where you get clear on your finances by meeting your benevolent money guide and giving your money a purpose, craft your work, set goals, and meet challenges through creative responses and clear actions. We could name this process ‘Breaking through the glass ceiling’, because …
… this stage of your cyclical business is your own big magical transformation.
This is such an important part to remember… you will be transformed by the process of crafting your work.
